Enterprise Privacy Policy
Learn how intelleosIQ Solutions (operated under Techwarts Azeo IT Solutions Pvt Ltd) collects, processes, encrypts, and safeguards client architecture data, consultation logs, and enterprise telemetry.
Architectural Ingestion & Scope of Data
We collect information necessary to deliver high-concurrency systems design, distributed infrastructure auditing, agentic AI deployment, and technical consulting. Collected data categories include:
- Enterprise Discovery Data: Corporate name, primary domain, contact email, technical hotline, project timeline, and designated architectural lead information.
- Technical Scoping Telemetry: Production TPS metrics, latency requirements, existing polyglot stack definitions, database bottlenecks, and SLA targets submitted via our contact and consultation portals.
- Automated Protocol Metrics: Anonymized server logs, browser TLS cipher versions, IP routing, and diagnostic interaction headers collected solely for security posture monitoring.
Purpose & Processing Legal Basis
Processing of client data is strictly governed under bilateral Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), pre-contractual scoping requests, and legitimate business operations:
Zero Third-Party Commercial Monetization
intelleosIQ does not sell, lease, or monetize client discovery records, code repositories, or candidate applications to data brokers or advertising exchanges. Data is only accessible to authorized systems engineers and strict computational sub-processors under compliant Data Processing Agreements (DPAs).
Encryption & Storage Architecture
Our database clusters and console nodes utilize defense-in-depth protection controls:
- At-Rest Protection: AES-256 encrypted block volumes with isolated multi-tenant key management.
- In-Transit Encryption: Enforced TLS 1.3 cryptographic transport with HSTS headers across all endpoints.
- Session Security: Ephemeral, HTTP-only, SameSite-restricted cookies for administrative consoles.
Client Data Rights & Erasure Requests
Enterprises and candidates retain full rights to request an exported copy of submitted telemetry, modify contact data, or trigger complete cryptographic deletion of records from our persistent databases within 30 days of written notice.
